If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for exchange, credit, or refund! No Questions Asked.

Returns & Exchanges

We welcome the return of any item which does not completely satisfy you. Please enclose a copy of your packing slip with the product and indicate the reason for the return.

Here are some examples:

• Didn't Like
• Didn't Play
• Damaged
• Wrong Item

Any reason is acceptable, we'd just like to know, as it helps us to do a better job. Also, please include your phone number, in case we need help understanding how to handle your return.

If you don't have your packing slip, you must enclose the "name used for the order", the "address used for the account", and a "telephone number", in case we still don't have all the information we need to process the return.

Note that returns or refunds will only be accepted up to 6 months after the order was placed.
