Order Processing and Shipping
Processing
All orders are processed and shipped on Business days - in other words, Monday through Friday only. If you place your order by 9:00 AM [Central Time] (Noon for FedEx/UPS orders) through the week, all In Stock items will typically ship the same day. If the order is placed after 9:00 AM (Noon for FedEx/UPS), it will ship the following business day (for instance, late Friday orders will process and ship on Monday).
Product Status and Availability
Products often vary in availability every day. We update our site each business day to provide you the most accurate product status. As a result, you will see one of the following status codes for each product:
- In Stock - This item is currently on hand and, upon processing your order and payment approval, this item should ship out to you within 24-48 hours.
- Low Stock: Supplies are limited for this item, usually due to its popularity. There is a possibility that we run out of stock before your order can be fulfilled. If the item becomes backordered, we will wait until we receive new supplies, then we will ship it to you by Standard U.S. Mail (regardless of the method the original order shipped) at no additional cost to you.
- Discontinued - This item is no longer manufactured and we have a very limited supply on hand to offer to you! After our supply is gone...that's all there is!
- Out of Stock/Out Of Print - This item is no longer manufactured and we regret that we no longer have any stock to offer you. But take a look around...chances are you'll discover a great find to scratch your Classic Country Music itch!
Please Note: Availability for products are only estimates based solely upon the data we have from our warehouse and distributors. You will not be charged until items ship.
Shipping Prices and Times
We have four primary methods of shipping to suit your needs: US Standard Mail, First Class, FedEx/UPS 2-Day and Foreign. The following shipping/handling price chart is based upon your order amount. Our default shipping method is First Class.

- Standard US Mail - This is our most basic shipping option which takes about 10-14 business days for delivery.
- 1st Class US Mail - This is our default shipping method which takes about 5-7 business days for delivery. It costs $2.00 additional to the standard US Mail delivery charges.
- FedEx/UPS 2-day Ground - This method costs an additional $10.00 on top of the US Standard Mail charge. This method is the quickest and the most secure. Orders must be processed before 12:00 p.m. Central Time in order to go out the same day. Once shipped the order will arrive within two business days by 6:00 p.m. Central Time (Saturday and Sunday do not count as delivery days - only Monday thru Friday). You must supply a phone number and a physical address (no PO Box numbers) to receive FedEx shipping.
- International - This method is necessary for all orders shipped outside the United States and costs an additional $8.00 to the Standard Mail fee. All orders are sent International 1st Class. Delivery times vary from country to country, but most orders will arrive within 2-3 weeks.
