Bellamy Brothers Biography

The Florida-born Bellamy Brothers burst onto the record scene in 1976 with their timeless single, "Let Your Love Flow," which hit #1 on the Pop charts. The Bellamy Brothers soon became Country stars, and David Bellamy developed into a fine songwriter. For the remainder of the seventies and throughout the eighties, the Bellamy Brothers scored with topical songs about the American scene with songs like "Redneck Girl," "Old Hippie," and "Kids Of The Baby Boom." But the record most Country fans seem to remember the Bellamy Brothers by is their 1979 classic "If I Said You Had A Beautiful Body (Would You Hold It Against Me)."
