In the late '70s and early '80s Charly McClain was one of the bigger names among female Country recording artists. After several years of decent chart records, Charly McClain had a monster in 1981 with "Who's Cheatin' Who," followed by a succession of hits that included "Surround Me With Love," "Sleepin' With The Radio On," and "Dancing Your Memory Away." In 1983 she and Mickey Gilley had a #1 duet with "Paradise Tonight," and they later had a Top Five with the old Roy Orbison hit, "Candy Man." Other big Charly McClain hits included "Sentimental Ol' You" and "Radio Heart."
