Connie Smith is a singer's singer, a great artist beloved by the other great artists. In 1964 Connie Smith exploded onto the Country scene with a major #1 smash, "Once A Day." Over the next ten years she had fourteen Top Ten hits including "Then and Only Then," "Ain't Had No Lovin'," "Cincinnati, Ohio," "I Never Once Stopped Loving You," and "Just One Time," all Top Five records. Connie Smith has appeared in movies, been a frequent guest on the Lawrence Welk Show, charted records over three decades and has been a popular member of the Grand Ole Opry since 1971.
