Jeannie Kendall Biography |
|
Jeannie Kendall was the lead singer of the award-winning duo, the Kendalls, which had a succession of hit records in the '70s and '80s, including "Heaven's Just A Sin Away," one of the biggest hits of the '70s. Jeannie Kendall's duet partner and father, Royce Kendall, died in 1998, and for three years Jeannie did not perform or record (though she and Royce had been working on an album for Rounder Records at the time of his death.) In 2002 Jeannie Kendall finally completed the album, and early in 2003 the album was released to remarkable critical acclaim. Guests on the album include Alan Jackson, Allison Krauss, Rhonda Vincent, Ricky Skaggs and Union Station. br>Jeannie Kendall Discography |
