Lynn Anderson Biography |
|
In 1970-71 Lynn Anderson had one of the biggest hits in the history of Country music with "Rose Garden," which hit #1 on both the Country and pop charts. Before "Rose Garden," Lynn Anderson had had a quartet of Top Ten records on little Chart Records before moving over to Columbia. After "Rose Garden" she scored with a string of Top Five hits including five more #1's: "You're My Man," "How Can I Unlove You," "Keep Me in Mind," "What a Man My Man Is," and "Isn't It Always Love." Through the '80s Lynn Anderson had a number of additional record deals, but her most successful recording years were behind her. Lynn Anderson was one of the most successful female Country artists of the '70s, and her hits from that time still sound great today. br>Lynn Anderson Discography |
