After Buck Owens became a star he developed a highly successful production company that furthered the careers of a number of recording artists, including Merle Haggard, Freddie Hart, and Susan Raye. In 1970 Susan debuted on the Billboard charts with "Put A Little Love In Your Heart," which made it to #30. Over the next two years she scored with four Top Ten records, most notably "(I've Got A) Happy Heart," which made it to the #3 slot on the charts. Susan Raye continued recording on Capitol for several years thereafter with some success. br>Susan Raye Discography
