Walter Brennan Biography
Walter Brennan was a long time movie star whose portrayal of countrified sidekicks turned character acting into an art form. Not known as a singer, in 1962 Walter Brennan had a glorious moment in the sun as a recording artist with his heartfelt recitation of "Old Rivers," which made it to the #3 slot on the Country charts and was also a major pop hit.
